Subject to the above and to the extent permitted by law, the Customer may, in fact, return the products without providing any justification or incurring any penalty. <\/p>&#13;\n<p>If the Customer decides to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer shall inform <strong>TAKEOFF Sagl<\/strong> of the decision in accordance with the instructions provided by <strong>TAKEOFF Sagl.<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n<p>The Customer will be responsible for arranging the transportation for the return of the products to <strong>TAKEOFF Sagl<\/strong>.
