1. SCOPE AND CONTRACTING PARTIES
All orders placed through our online store www.domocosmetics.shop (the “Website”) are governed by the following Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Purchasing on the Web Site is reserved only for customers of legal age who have the capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable laws (the “Customer”).
Before submitting an order by clicking the “PROCEED TO PAY” button on the payment method page, please save or print a copy of these Terms for future reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not order any products from our Web Site.
Any subsequent changes to the Terms of Sale will become effective as of the date they are posted on the Web Site and will only affect purchases completed after that date.

2. ONLINE PROCEDURE AND WEBSITE PURCHASES
Orders can only be placed online at the TAKEOFF Sagl Web Site, which is available in English, Italian, German, and French.
Orders to purchase products on the Web Site (“Order”) are placed according to the following procedure:
The Customer searches for the product of interest on the Website. Product details are available in the product sheet posted on the Website; The Customer selects products and adds them to the cart. The Customer can continue shopping or proceed to checkout; Customers with a discount code can enter it in the “Apply Coupon” field and click on “Update Cart” to view the updated price; To complete the purchase, the Customer clicks on “Go to Checkout”; Before completing the order, the Customer can review and edit the order details in the shopping cart section of the Web Site. At checkout, the Customer can register on the Web Site, log in (for already registered customers) or proceed as a guest. The Customer selects a payment method: credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard), PayPal; via Stripe, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Finally, the Customer confirms the Order by clicking the appropriate button on the Website. The personal data provided must be correct and up-to-date. TAKEOFF Sagl disclaims any responsibility for the issuance of incorrect tax documents due to inaccurate data provided by the Customer.
Orders placed by clicking the “Place Order” button constitute a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract.
Orders placed by clicking the “Place Order” button by the Customer constitute a binding offer for us to enter into a purchase agreement.
We will send a receipt for your order via e-mail immediately after submission, including the details of your order. This receipt does not constitute an acceptance of your offer.
The Order shall not be considered accepted until the Customer receives confirmation of acceptance of the Order (“Order Confirmation”), which generally coincides with the date of shipment of the ordered products. Therefore, the sales contract for the products between TAKEOFF Sagl and the Customer shall not be deemed to have been completed until such date.
A sales contract will be concluded only when the ordered product(s) are shipped to the Customer and a shipping confirmation is sent to the Customer’s registered e-mail address.
The contract of sale will not be concluded for products not listed in the shipping confirmation.
However, orders can only be placed and transmitted if the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions by placing a check mark in the appropriate box, thus including them in their offer.
To change an Order, the Customer may contact the Vendor by email at support@domocosmetics.shop. Notwithstanding the above, the Order can no longer be cancelled or modified once it has been marked on the Site as “In Preparation for Shipment.”
3. PRODUCT PRICE AND SHIPPING COST
Sales prices of products displayed on the Web Site will be shown in the currency based on the selected shipping country and include VAT.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed to the Customer at checkout.
For deliveries to non-EU countries sent “duty paid by the recipient,” the Postal Service may charge the Customer additional amounts for taxes and import duties.
TAKEOFF Sagl is not in a position to determine in advance the amount of such import costs or to provide the Customer with any advice in this regard.
Any changes in product prices will take effect from the date of publication of the new prices on the Website, without retroactive effect on Orders already accepted by sending the Order Confirmation.
TAKEOFF Sagl reserves the right not to accept an Order if the prices of the products are incorrect, included in the Order displayed on the Website or indicated in the email sent to confirm receipt of the Order.
4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
TAKEOFF Sagl ensures the timely and punctual preparation of Orders.
If an Order includes a quantity of products that exceeds in-stock availability, TAKEOFF Sagl will promptly inform the Customer of the shortage by email and/or telephone, notifying the Customer of any waiting time required to obtain the product and asking if they wish to confirm/modify/cancel the Order.
An Order may be sent in multiple packages for logistical reasons. The Customer is requested to check his/her e-mail box for messages in which TAKEOFF Sagl states that one or more items will be sent separately. In case of alleged discrepancies between the quantity ordered and the quantity received, the Customer may contact Customer Service by sending an e-mail to support@domocosmetics.shop.
5. METHODS OF PAYMENT
TAKEOFF Sagl accepts payment for Orders by the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay or Google Pay
TAKEOFF Sagl does not own or process in any way the data related to the payment methods chosen by the Customer.
Note that when using a credit/debit card, card information is handled directly by banking institutions and/or companies specializing in payment processing, by means that are entirely secure for the Customer.
If there is any suspicion that a payment method is being used problematically and/or irregularly, TAKEOFF Sagl may verify that the payment method in question is being used legitimately and correctly. If irregularities are found, TAKEOFF Sagl will not continue to process the Order and will notify the Customer.
In the event of cancellation, withdrawal from the Order, or any other situation where a refund of the price to the Customer is required, the refund can only be made using the payment method used to complete the Order.
6. SHIPPING
TAKEOFF Sagl will ship the Order through a first class shipping agent.
Order shipment time may vary from a minimum of 6 (six) days to a maximum of 8 (eight) business days* from the date the Order Confirmation is sent to the Customer.
Although our practice is to confirm orders by e-mail, receipt of an order confirmation by e-mail does not constitute acceptance of the order or confirmation of an offer to sell a product or service. We reserve the right, without notice, to limit the order quantity for any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer. We may also require verification of information prior to acceptance and/or shipment of any order.
All orders shipped are subject to a shipping contract. This means that risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our shipment to the carrier.
To provide the Customer with a more comprehensive and dedicated service, TAKEOFF Sagl may, under certain circumstances, with the Customer’s consent, allow the shipping agent to contact the Customer to arrange a more convenient shipping date. If the Customer provides his or her telephone number, the shipping agent offering such service will contact the Customer directly from the appropriate branch upon arrival of the package intended for delivery.
Any Customer wishing to take advantage of said service, if available, is encouraged to specify their phone number at checkout, in which case shipping times will depend on the arrangements between the Customer and the shipping agent. Otherwise, shipping times will be as stated above.
If it is not possible to deliver the Order within the time specified above, TAKEOFF Sagl will promptly notify the Customer by e-mail and/or telephone, indicating the time required to complete the Order.
The Customer is encouraged to facilitate the shipment of the Order by making himself available to receive the Order or by delegating this task to a third party.
If the shipping agent fails to deliver the Order, Customer Service will contact the Customer to see if they are interested in a new shipment.
TAKEOFF Sagl cannot be held responsible for any delays that are not its fault or negligence. For example, TAKEOFF Sagl shall be held harmless from any liability for delays due to customs procedures, strikes, natural disasters, force majeure, or any other circumstances beyond its control.
When shipping the Order, the Customer must verify the correct number of packages and the integrity of the outer packaging.
If the Customer encounters irregularities in the shipment, e.g. concerning the number of packages or damage to the outer packaging, the Customer must sign the delivery documents with reservations and contact Customer Service. If the Customer does not follow this procedure, he/she will not be able to object to the delivery, subject to the possibility of raising objections for hidden defects as provided by law and in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
* Due to the current situation and high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed 1-2 business days. We will do our best to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TAKEOFF Sagl shall be exempt from any liability if the Order is not delivered within the contractual time due to service failures attributable to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events.
Furthermore, TAKEOFF Sagl shall not be liable for any such failure or malfunction of service that:
They are related to the use of the Website and beyond the control of TAKEOFF Sagl and its employees and/or suppliers;
They are not reasonably foreseeable; and could not be prevented through normal diligence.
Any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect personal and/or material damage caused by TAKEOFF Sagl’s refusal to accept all or part of any Order is excluded.
TAKEOFF Sagl shall not be held liable for any fraudulent and illegitimate use by third parties of the payment methods used for an Order, provided that it demonstrates that it has taken all ordinary precautions to avoid such circumstances.
8. CONFORMITY WARRANTY
TAKEOFF Sagl warrants to the Customer that the products sold are not defective and fully comply with all provisions of the sales contract.
TAKEOFF Sagl is committed to ensuring that the products:
Correspond to the description provided on the Website and have the qualities of the products that TAKEOFF Sagl has presented to the Customer as a sample or model;
Be suitable for the use for which products of the same type are normally intended;
Have the usual quality and effectiveness that the Customer can reasonably expect from a product of the same type, taking into account the nature of the product.
For technological reasons, TAKEOFF Sagl cannot guarantee that the display of colors on the screen is always accurate.
Marginal differences between the description of a product on the Web Site and the actual characteristics of the product will not be considered a cause for product nonconformity.
The conformity warranty for products sold on the Website will remain valid for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of receipt of the products by the Customer.
In the event of shipment of a non-conforming product, the Customer may request that the products be brought into conformity, at no additional cost, by repair or replacement or, if this is impossible, the Customer shall be entitled to an appropriate reduction in the purchase price or a refund of the purchase price and shipping costs (if actually incurred).
The Customer must notify TAKEOFF Sagl of any non-conformity of the products within a period of 2 (two) months from the date it detected the non-conformity by sending an email to support@domocosmetics.shop or a registered letter to:

After receiving the notification from the Customer, TAKEOFF Sagl will contact the Customer to agree directly with him/her on the procedure of collecting the products.
The mere receipt of the products by TAKEOFF Sagl, after the initiation of this procedure, does not in any way constitute an acknowledgement of any non-conformity of the products, since a thorough verification by TAKEOFF Sagl is required for this purpose.
The limitation period for the assertion of claims based on hidden defects shall in any case be 26 (twenty-six) months from the shipment of the Product.
Before authorizing any return and/or exchange, TAKEOFF Sagl reserves the right to request the Customer to provide photographic reproductions of the products declared defective and/or damaged.
If the products are non-conforming, the transportation costs necessary for the return of non-conforming products will be borne entirely by TAKEOFF Sagl.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has the right to withdraw from these Terms of Sale within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of shipment of the products.
Subject to the above as causes of exclusion and to the extent permitted by law, the Customer may, in fact, return the products without providing any justification or incurring any penalty.If the Customer decides to exercise the right of withdrawal, he/she must notify TAKEOFF Sagl according to the instructions provided by TAKEOFF Sagl.
The Customer is responsible for arranging the transportation for the return of the products to TAKEOFF Sagl. If transportation is arranged by the Customer, the right of withdrawal will be lost if the products to be returned are lost or stolen during transportation to TAKEOFF Sagl’s warehouses.
The Customer must deliver the products, without undue delay, to the carrier for return, however, within fourteen days of notifying TAKEOFF Sagl of the decision to withdraw.
If the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal, he/she must send the completed withdrawal form to TAKEOFF Sagl by email to support@domocosmetics.shop.

After the legitimate exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer, TAKEOFF Sagl will refund the purchase price of the products and the initial shipping costs, but not the shipping costs for returning the products.
TAKEOFF Sagl will process the refund without undue delay, no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of shipment of the returned products to TAKEOFF Sagl or within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the Customer provides TAKEOFF Sagl with appropriate proof that all products subject to withdrawal have been shipped, whichever comes first.
The price of the Order will be refunded through the same payment method used by the Customer for the purchase.
In any case, the Customer must return the product intact, in its original packaging and, in any case, not opened or used.
The Customer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the products supplied are:
– Custom-made or clearly customized products;
– Products at risk of rapid deterioration or expiration;
– Sealed products that do not lend themselves to return for reasons of hygiene or health protection or that have been opened after shipment;
– products that, after shipment, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other products;
If, in the course of verifying the legitimacy of the withdrawal, TAKEOFF Sagl determines that the Customer’s right of withdrawal has lapsed, TAKEOFF Sagl shall return the product to the Customer only if the latter agrees to bear the related shipping costs. The mere acceptance of the returned products to check their condition does not in any way constitute an acknowledgement of the legitimacy of the Customer’s exercise of the right of withdrawal.

11. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
In the event of any dispute, claim and/or controversy concerning the performance of an Order or the application of the Terms of Sale, TAKEOFF Sagl shall use its best efforts to satisfy the Customer’s legitimate and reasonable requests.
In any case, the above is without prejudice to the Customer’s right to use the European online dispute resolution platform available at:
