RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer has the right to cancel these Terms of Sale within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the products. Subject to the above and to the extent permitted by law, the Customer may, in fact, return the products without providing any justification or incurring any penalty.

If the Customer decides to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer shall inform TAKEOFF Sagl of the decision in accordance with the instructions provided by TAKEOFF Sagl.

The Customer will be responsible for arranging the transportation for the return of the products to TAKEOFF Sagl. If transportation is arranged by the Customer, the right of withdrawal shall be forfeited if the products to be returned are lost or stolen during transportation to TAKEOFF Sagl‘s warehouses.

The Customer shall deliver the products, without undue delay, to the carrier for return, in any case within fourteen days from the date on which the Customer has notified TAKEOFF Sagl, in the prescribed form, of the decision to cancel the contract.

If the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal, it must notify TAKEOFF Sagl in advance by sending the withdrawal form by e-mail to support@domocosmetics.shop

After the legitimate exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer, TAKEOFF Sagl will proceed to refund the Customer the purchase price of the products and the initial delivery costs, but not the shipping costs for the return of the products.

TAKEOFF Sagl shall proceed to refund the Customer without undue delay, at the latest within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the products returned to TAKEOFF Sagl or within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Customer provides TAKEOFF Sagl with suitable proof of shipment of all products subject to withdrawal, whichever comes first.

The price of the Order will be refunded via the same payment method used by the Customer for the purchase.

In any case, the Customer must return the entire product in its original, unopened and unused packaging.

The Customer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the products supplied are:

  • prodotti realizzati su ordinazione o chiaramente personalizzati;
  • prodotti soggetti a rapido deterioramento o scadenza;
  • prodotti sigillati che non sono idonei alla restituzione per motivi di igiene o protezione della salute o perché sono stati aperti dopo la consegna;
  • prodotti che, dopo la consegna, risultano, per natura, inscindibilmente mescolati con altri prodotti.

If, in the course of verifying the legitimacy of the withdrawal, TAKEOFF Sagl ascertains that the Customer’s right of withdrawal has lapsed, TAKEOFF Sagl shall return the product to the Customer only if the latter agrees to assume the relevant shipping costs. The mere acceptance by TAKEOFF Sagl of the returned products to check their condition does not in any way constitute an acknowledgement of the legitimacy of the Customer’s exercise of the right of withdrawal.
